White Fish, Chopped tomatoes, curry leaves,Salt, Garlic paste,Red Chilli, Turmeric Powder, Cummin and Cirriander Powder, Tamarind Juice, Oil to cook.

- Fillets of Haddock or Silver Hake - 2
- Oil - 3 Tbs
- Chopped Tomatoes - 1/2 tin
- Curry Leaves - 5 -6
- Salt to Taste
- red chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Chopped Garlic - 3/4 tsp
- termeric powder - 3/4 tsp
- Cumin & Coriander Powder - 3/4 tsp
- Tamarind Juice - 3 tbs
- Garam masala - 3/4 tsp
- chopped coriander leaves - hand full
In a medium saucepan heat the oil on a medium to high heat. Add the curry leaves ( These will splutter so be ready with a cover, immediately add the tomatoes stir and cook until they are dissolved. Add all the remaining ingredients cover and cook until the oil separates. At this stage add a little water to loosen the sauce.
After 3 to 4 minutes add the fillets and spoon the sauce over the fish cover and cook for further 5 minutes.
Finally add the garam masala and coriander leaves and serve it with rice, Naan or chapattis.
