Jeera potatoes which is used to eat with any curry as a substitute of rice a quick and easy side or even snack.

  • Prep Time : 5 minutes
  • Cook Time : 7 minutes

Instructions

In a small wok heat your oil, put the cumin seeds, chillies and sauté. Put the potatoes along with salt and black pepper, mix everything until the potatoes are coated.
Turn the heat down to low/medium, add a half of water and cover until potatoes are tender (5-7mins).
Finally add coriander and serve either hot with any curry or cold with yogurt as a snack.
