This recipe is very easy to make. It can be cooked dry or with a little sauce. It tastes delicious and is cooked within an hour. It can be served with chapatties, Naan or Rice

In a medium saucepan heat the oil on a medium to high heat. When the oil is hot put the whole garram masala and wait for it to get a little brown. Add the chopped onion and cook until golden brown stirring at all times. Then add the chopped tomatoes and cook for a couple of minutes. Add all the spices and cook until the oil starts to separate.

Put the mince in a bowl and add a little water and stir until the mince separates and add it to the sauce. Add the frozen peas at the same time.Stir,cover and cook for 10 to 15 minutes until the mince and peas are tender. Add a little water if you prefer the mince with sauce. Finally add the garam masala powder, chopped green chilies (Optional) and coriander leaves.
